Lindley Favor is the creator and Principal Designer of Salt + Willow Interior Design Studio. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Lindley was exposed to construction at an early age as her father was in the residential custom staircase business. With her entrepreneurial spirit and deep love for design & nature, Lindley uses an in depth and holistic approach to design and strongly believes that the focus of each project should be centered around the client’s desired expression of themselves.

She holds a degree in Interior Design and has been working in the construction industry over the last 5 years. She has no problem getting her hands dirty as she values the understanding of how elements and different materials work together. She believes in the importance of team work and collaboration between the client, contractor and designer. You could say Lindley utilizes a bit of California eclectic style in all of her projects, but welcomes a design challenge and opportunities to show off her ever-evolving style. When she’s not working, Lindley enjoys traveling, camping or spending time at the beach with her dogs!
